How to Return Treatments and Products
All products advertised or labeled may be returned within 30
days of date of original order for refund of cost of product.
- 100% refund will be made (excluding prescriotion, shipping and handling charges) if products are returned unopened alongwith all the printing material.
- If products are opened and used, Only 50% of original cost of purchase (excluding prescription, shipping and handling charges will be refunded
- No Prescription, Shipping and handling charges are refundable under any circimstances.
- No refunds are issued after 30 days of purchase.
- To initialize the refund process please contact Customer Service and request for RMA Number.
- Please quote this RMA Number on all return boxes to claim the refund.
